Fan made Grimm Kinyongleon

Hey my last fan made Grimm's name started with K too!...Weird.

Anyway, Excuse me while I take a shot of bourbon and then dive right into my NARRATOR VOOOOOOICE!!

"Kinyongleon's are known for two things. Their stealth, and their hunger. This Grimm's most noticeable characteristic is it's ability to cloak itself, turning nearly invisible to the naked eye. Fortunately, as they begin to move it becomes slightly easier to see them, as they leave a slight shimmer in the air as they try to match they're surroundings. To compensate, they prefer to move at a slow and steady pace when stalking there prey.

Coming back to the beasts hunger, it's tongue is it's main form of attack. It lashes out at breakneck speeds, usually aiming to disarm it's foes and swallow there weapons. When they do use there tongues, they are forced to "de-cloak" themselves, the reason for this is speculated as it breaks the focus the Grimm must maintain to remain invisible. It's stomach lining is nearly indestructible, making it able to digest even the most dangerous of armaments, this has made there organs a highly sought commodity for use as bags and pouches because of their durability. Their are reports of larger versions of the Kinyogleon, able to swallow people whole, but these species of Grimm rarely grow to such a size.

It's able to look in two different directions at once making it a difficult beast to sneak up on. When threatened from behind, they can use their tail as a whip of sorts to fend of attackers.

It's size is dictated by the growth of the tree's in the forest the monster resides in. In most forests, they can grow to about the size of the average Beowolf. However, in forests where larger tree's can grow (such as the Blood Oaks), the Kinyongleon can grow to the size of most small airships... Best to avoid them in that area of Vytal."

Ack. Narrator voice hurts.

Anydangway, NAME JUSTIFICATION!- So there's this Bantu myth about a chameleon being sent by god to tell humans they'll live forever, but on the way to telling them he moves slowly and eats a lot and falls asleep or something (facts are haaaard.). And this other lizard  somehow beats him to the humans and tells them all there gonna die, which I guess infects them with the fear of death and makes susceptible to it? I'm not a scholar...  So the myth is in Swahili, and the Swahili word for chameleon is Kinyonga, combine the two together aaaaand... Kinyongleon. That's all you get. GO HOME!
